Scars tell the best stories... Leo's Scar B rave was perched on the cliffs, Scar's clever mind noting that the brute had chosen to rest, maybe he didn't have the potential that he had earlier praised him for; though he had fought a tough fight. Keen pools watched the colt approaching, nodding his crown to the boy's eagerness, the ivory and raven equine's maw forming a question. "You start here boy, gallop down the beach, into the water and swim to the first rock. Once you've come back to land you gallop up the cliff face, about a mile out from there there is a palm tree, circle it and come back down the rock face. You end by galloping back here. I'll make your first run with you. Let's go" Scar leapt forward, muscles churning as the brute freed his pillars to cover ground as quickly as they wished. Before he knew it he was submerged in the cool salty water, battling waves as he swam outward toward the rocks, he went to the third body and mind aching for something hard and strenuous. Pillars and hooves paddled fiercely, bringing him to the shore and sent him galloping up the cliff face. The palm tree was a blur as he slid around it, a skill a well trained barrel horse would possess, crimson stallion just a vague outline of a horse as he zoomed down the rocks and back to the starting line. The thrill, the wonderful feeling of being free, a buck rippled through his back; throaty bronc noises ripped from his nostrils as he crossed the finish line crow hopping and jumping. Dream smiled as he watched the stallion take off, but looked up at the cliff, he knew what his uncle was waiting for and slightly nodded. Dream pushed off in a rush, doing exactly what his uncles showed him long ago. Keeping a steady even pace for a little bit, he could see the stallion ahead of him and followed him in the same route he took. Shaking his head though, he soon pushed himself into a faster pace, catching up with the older horse. The land was his best feature but when it came to the swimming, he could barely keep his head up, but he still tried his best and soon swam around the rock the stallion had showed him. wanting to reach land, his stronger point in his life. He would have to ask Andy and Champion for help in that area and he knew they would be happy to help. Now as he headed to the rocky cliff, he used everything that he knew from Brave and climbed without slipping or sliding back down. Rounding the tree, which he had flew by Brave whom was smiling as he had watched; and raced back down the cliff side with Brave still watching. "after, you'll have to race all of us." he called over to Dream. "Ha, try to keep up uncle Brave." Just to prove a point, Dream jumped down the rocky cliff, slipping and sliding skillfully down to hit the sandy edge. "Dang, I haven't seen a move like that since NightSky." Brave muttered as he watched. Dream had laughed and lunged into yet another faster gate and went past the red stallion, but now even slowing down as he passed, but slide into a turn and went back to the stallion, to come to a full stop in front of him, breathing slightly hard, but not enough to be called panting for breath. "So how was that. I know the swimming I will have to work on." he said proudly. all in all Dream though he did pretty well.

Scars tell the best stories... Leo's Scar S car noted the boy's work, not saying a thing once Dream moved toward him criticizing his own preformance. He narrowed his optics as he strode past him, "Everybody, keep working!" His voice bellowed across the land, pillars pulled him forward faster, covering ground to the rock face; climbing it quickly as he disappeared in a cloud of dust. He was heading for the mountains that lay on the other side of his land, surely there was somewhere along the ranges that would be good for conditioning and building up their muscle. A week had gone by when the stag returned, he was ripped, meat bulged even more now than before from his neck, shoulders, and haunches, pillars heftier and thicker. His pools stared down at the horses, they looked bigger but still they were weak in comparision. A smirk pulled at the sides of his kissers, crania low as he trotted gallantly onto the ocean shore, the salty air testing his nostrils. "You all are looking awfully pathetic." He couldn't help himself, they were puny, lacking muscle and obviously heart. They had probably all stopped working after the first day he didn't return. "Hope you boys are ready to take your new positions, Brave take the south end of the terra, the largest part of the ocean lies there. Knight, take the eastern end of the land. There are mountains there that link the oceans to the desert. Dream you and Andy will stay here, train but keep watch. Champion you will go to the west, I want you all to watch the lands, there is no way out but if you see a horse along the outskirts, you had better herd them to the rest of my herd that lies dead center of all the directions.
